Superman must solve the Mystery of the Emerald of The Incas. The daughter of George Haven Beachem, explorer, scientist, archaeologist, Elsie Beachem tells Clark of her concerns for her father after he demonstrates strange behaviour including telling her that they cannot meet for a while. Clark Kent agrees to investigate after the revelation that Mr Beachem hates publicity and doesn’t want to involve the police. Clark and Elsie arrive at the home of her father and the mystery of the relationship between Mr Beachem and a missing sacred Inca Emerald begins to unwrap..
